Dear Seniors,
We have our PF inspection ongoing. The inspector requires Form 5A, which includes the owners' or directors' information. In our case, we have around 10 directors on the Board of Directors, but the salary of only 4 is paid by our unit; for the rest, the salary is paid by a different unit or by the corporate office. The other unit and the corporate office have separate PF Codes.
Please advise whether I should include only the directors whose salary we pay in Form 5A or should I include all directors irrespective of which unit pays their salary.

Thanks, Amit. As per my knowledge, Form 5A is submitted at the time of registration or if there is a change in the list of the board of directors. I wonder why this inspector wants us to prepare a fresh Form 5A as of today. According to him, this form is freshly made every time there is an inspection.
