Currently, I am working in a manufacturing company where many temporary workers are employed, and their salary is based on daily wages. It is challenging to manually calculate their working hours. I kindly request your assistance in providing a formula in Excel that would facilitate an easier calculation process.

Minahshah, take a register first to note the in-time and out-time. With that, you can calculate the daily hours, which should be 8 hours. The amount by hours (8) gives the per-hour rate, and with that, you can pay for the worked hours.
