We are a Delhi based start-up and graduates from IIT Delhi. We are developing career assessment tools for students that can objectify the way career counseling is done today.
We have developed a prototype for employability assessment for final year students pursuing Engineering and MBA disciplines. Our assessments are based on an Employability skills framework that we have built in sync with organization psychology experts at Delhi University and that is followed by several educational institutes worldwide and have conducted more than 6000 assessments in the past year.
I would prefer if we could talk to run you through the product, and seek your inputs as to the validity of the skills framework as well as the assessment test.
I have attached a excel sheet with different sets of skill required for a freshers to fit with in an Organisations, request you to kindly puts your valuable feedback and gives weightage to different skills (1-5).
1 = important
2 = to have
3 = must have
4 = essential
5 = critical.
