one of our employee claim pf amt under 19c who left in oct 2010. we filled DOL as oct 2011 and he rcvd amt in excess for 1yr. emplyee is nt refunding that. what to do? kindly any one clarify this. his form 10c is held up.let me knw whethr it is their mistake or ours?

Eventhough you mention as excess PF department will cross check with their records and only they will credit the funds to the employees. If any issues with claims then PF department will handle the issue.
