Well, I hope the client has ordered the laptops etc through your website then he must be aware of the prices etc. and you do not need to quote prices again.
Also, nothing need to change in the invoice format and you can use the same format used for Indian customers as well as no other registration no needed to add.
As concern as, shipping cost, better you can consult with a courier or logistic company and make sure they also ship overseas and don't forget to convey your client that the shipping cost need to be bear by him/her and product do not include the shipping cost.
