I work in a automobile firm as incharge training.I was asked by my superiors to quantify amount of application of concepts employees are doing for which they have learnt in Training program. As a part of this i am in search of a check sheet related to measuring training effectiveness. Please do share if any one has such Check sheet. If not available please suggest how to design a check sheet related to this subject.
