I have recently joined a Japanese company which has just established their business in India. We have set up our office and warehouse together in same premises only. The company has initially plans of only trading of automobile products and may be in due course of time, we will be setting up a mfg unit also.
Since we have started hiring people for our company, now i have to prepare the company policies. Can anybody suggest me what leave policy we needs to follow. As per my understanding, our company comes under Factories Act.
I would appreciate if somebody from the similar industry can share the employee manual having the detail description of all the policies.
