Thank you for uploading the presentations. However, I did not understand what you meant by "...forwarded for your action please." If you were expecting feedback, here is a critical one. I strongly oppose the use of others' material without proper recognition. For example, as usual, I searched the web and discovered that most of the presentation on 5S is a copy-paste from two websites.
