Dear All,
My organization is reviewing our HR Balanced Scorecard and would like to benchmark it with other organizations. I am interested in understanding what measures and metrics are currently being used in other companies. If you could share your organization's HR BSC and/or give me time to discuss it with you, it would be very useful. I will ensure the confidentiality of the information you share with me. Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Nice topic to discuss. I am not sure if organizations that are working towards or have implemented an HRBSC would be able to share or discuss it, as you know it's an Organization Strategy document. You can also try posting this in the "Talk To Seniors" section of this forum as well.
But I won't let you go empty-handed. As far as benchmarking is concerned, it may be tricky as no two organizations or practices are ever the same. Again, the argument becomes less than convincing when things like business objectives and resources are taken into consideration.
If you can lay that to rest for now, then all you actually need to broaden your research for your current organization is:
- HR Strategy Map
- Forming the HR Balance Scorecard: measures and metrics
- Establishing the KPIs against those
If you are looking forward to forming these, then you may go through the attached PPT on HR Balance Scorecard and KPI. It has a sample template of the various areas and how to measure them.
I trust it may add to what you have set out to put together.
If anyone else has standardized templates, they would be great to look at.
