Concerning my query, what should be done after collecting Professional Tax (PT)? What is the mode of payment for Professional Tax or PT (whichever is applicable) after it has been collected from employees?

Following the payment of EPF (Challan and other payment procedures) and ESI, I encountered a challenge regarding the payment of the Professional Tax amount. Can anyone assist me with this?

Please advise on what steps to take with the collected PT. Are there any Excel sheet tasks that need to be completed? Is there an option for online payment and what is the procedure?

I would greatly appreciate a prompt reply.

Hope you have followed a similar manner for deducting PT. Please refer Commercial Taxes department, Andhra Pradesh <link updated to site home> (Search On Cite | Search On Google). Provision is there to register for PT and pay online also.
