DEAR MADAM,
The warning you have given closes the entire disciplinary proceedings. So, they are entitled to their wages had they not been under suspension and all other service benefits including increments if fell due in the interregnum.Only requirement is that you should adjust the subsistence allowance paid.

I agree with Shri Umakanthan ji. The employees suspended were taken back after a period of one year with a minor punishment of warning. Hence they are eligible for all service benefits.
