I need guidance from you all regarding competency assessment. We have finalised the competency mapping of required roles for our employees. We now need to go for assessment of these competencies for the existing roles. We would like our HR personals to go and get the required training and then do the assessment for our employees.
Can anyone suggest such agencies who train people to do assessments using the various required tools? what will be the cost incurred on one person getting trained?
