Sir, I am a contractual employee in Delhi government one year was completed, next year extended, now I want maternity leave in June-July, can I able to take maternity leave.

Yes,
You can apply for maternity leave it is clearly noted under Maternity act, if the contractual employee completed her 184 working days she is eligible to get maternity leave

Thank you very much sir... I have completed my one year so I think 180 days are completed. Can I know whats the Procedure will follow for taking these leave..

Sir I am working in Geospatial Delhi Limited
(A Government of NCT of Delhi Company) in Delhi. this is a contractual job. I am not getting any HRA, PF or any type other benefit. we are getting only 70000/- month after TDS its became 67000. per month. My direct reporting to Managing Director.
