Professional Tax Dilemma: Should We Pay for an Employee on Extended Leave?


Hi Dear, Require Help for Topic - Professional Tax I have single employee in my private limited company. if he takes leave for two three months, can we pay employee professional tax? regards Yatrik

The principle employer has to be deduct and pay the Professional Tax irrespective employees number. you have to pay for one employee also.
