Nowadays, customer is the KING/GOD etc.
Only 4 % customers may be tough to handle.
But all types of complaints to be taken seriously and handled using Why-Why Analysis since Customer Compliant is a Gift since it will lead to some kind of improvements in our Product Quality/Service Quality.
Good one For training people on how to handle different types of customers.
