Hi Everybody, I need to prepare a questionnaire which can be used to create a 5 year career plan for individual employees within my organization. Any help on the same will be highly appreciated.

What level are these employees?
What's their job profile?
What's their qualification?
What's their experience?
There can't be a standard 5 year career profile for an engineer, a management trainee, an accountant and a shop floor worker. Unless we know who we are dealing with....??

I dont have to prepare a career plan as such. I need to prepare a set a questions which I can use to ask the concerned employees in order to help them make a career plan.
