Iam Rafi, i have to recently joined as a HR assistant in a newly startup IT company.. and I dont have a practical experience in HR sector. can any one guide me about HR activities, proceedures and forms related HR assistant's job for IT company.....

A fresher shall learn the following basic functions :
1) How to conduct recruitment and joining formalities
2) How to monitor attendance/punctuality
3) What are the concepts of salary and CTC
