A training module for multi-skilling the technical employee is a very product / process specific topic. What kind of support are you looking out for? You might get some modules on Standard Operating Procedures but that would again be very generic and won't help you much.
You can start by creating an SOP for the different operations you have and then you can create presentations along with it. The basic idea that i am looking forward is to create an generalized SOP for Staff catagory and one for Worker catagory. Once SOP's are ready, Training module can be made for each Position. Kindly send in your suggestions if any changes are needed and also any documents would be a great help.
