I find it interesting to see that most HR professionals want to pay out 'Minimum Wages (only)' particularly to Security Guards and Supervisors, totally overlooking the human side of their job content vs aspirations.
In this context, a presentation given by me in the Annual Seminar of 'International Institute of Security and Safety Management' is attached for your perusal please.
It is not surprising that 'Security' is the least preferred profession in India.
