Security Staff Requirements and Responsibilities
1. We need one Security Supervisor for the Day Shift. He should be a graduate and will be responsible for all security-related and documentation-related activities.
2. You should deploy manpower from 26th September 2012.
3. We need one Security Guard for the Night Shift.
4. In case of absences, you need to provide an alternative.
5. All staff in-time and out-time attendance should be maintained in a register.
6. Your personnel should ensure that all our employees punch in and out in the biometric system.
7. The registers should be maintained in the attached prescribed format.
8. You should purchase the metal detector and bill it to us with your first month's invoice.
9. Discipline should be maintained.
10. All staff should be checked whenever they go out and come in, and vice versa.
