Hi Aarti,
Yes, you are correct - there have been many changes to the layout of CiteHR. Although it's just a matter of getting used to the new layout - but if there is anything in particular that's become more difficult please do let me know.
Regards,

Dear Sid,
In the new format font colour has gone. Secondly, earlier we were able to use keyboard short cut keys. These have also gone.
In fact Citehr, what it was five years ago was little better.

Greetings,
Thank you for the timely feedback and support. Our efforts are directed to make your community better. We research on the usages and seek active feedbacks while implementing or developing a feature.
We remain grateful to all our members who have contributed till date. Few features that remain unused or rarely used, had to be removed or modified. Please share the features that you miss , we wish to work further . Are there any feature, that you like using the most? We request this, as the backend may show that feature being used too less in comparison to others.
We value the in-depth feedbacks we receive. Every detail that you contribute, builds your community, no matter how small or insignificant, it may seem to you. Thanks to everyone who helped us find the best Logo and its colour.
Your time and effort invested in this community, matters the most to us. Help us make it better.
We look forward to hear from you all. Thanks in anticipation

Hi Dinesh,
Yes, we removed the colour/font feature to maintain uniformity in the posts - too many font changes make it difficult to read text heavy pages.
I'll check the key board shortcuts - we haven't done anything to change that - it must have broken with all the other changes.

Sid

Dear Sid,
This is with reference to the above problem.
Now today I wanted to refer to a letter format to be sent to the bank requesting overdraft facility...i tried searching the same..i got many formats but when i clicked on those particular links inside the formats were given for experience letter, appointment letter, etc.
.
I hope now you must have understood my problem.

Hello Aarti,
Yes, we are aware of this issue. The problem started when Google by mistake indexed all the research result pages - these pages were created for old internal search links.
We have already initiated the removal of these pages but the Google index updates every few months and that too not completely. It'll take a little time, but this will improve with time.

Sid

Hello Aarti,
We have resolved the issue by removing all the research pages which kept sending users in a loop. Now only material that is available is searched.
So if there is anything you can't find here - just start a discussion.
Regards,
Sid
