Hi,

I worked with a company who sent me the offer letter on joining but didn't provided me the appointment letter.

They even not had all the formalities done and were giving the salary in cash.

I had some personal issues and left the company after 5 months with proper notice period. But have not any acceptance letter nor they given me relieving letter and all.

But after 2 months, again I got offer from that same company and I re-joined as that time they were providing a good salary. I was given all the responsibilties of team lead this time.

But then also they neither provided any re-joining letter nor provided any other company benefits (they were still providing salary in cash). After 6 months and after lot of arguments, they agreed to provide the appointment letter. I was shocked to see that they provided the letter with previous designation and even not mentioned the correct date (the date when I joined). They mentioned the date on which they were providing me the letter (6 months later date).

So I decided to leave the job. After two months only I got very good offer and decided to take that job. On next morning, I informed my manager, my VP about the same and told that I can't serve the notice period as I am getting good offer. He told me to handover my all responsibilties to the colleagues and get the same signed from them and then I can leave. Also I have to help whenever they need. I accepted and put the resignation that evening. Handed over all the responsibilities. But when I asked for the relieving and salary, they denied to give me the same and told that as I have not served the notice period so they wll not give me the same.

Even I haven't got the 21 days salary of the month. The problem is I am not able to show my experience of this company, as the appointment letter contains wrong joining date.

Please suggest how can I get the letter as this is very necessary.

I have helped them very much when they needed but they are not ready to help me.

You can do one thing in this case, you can collect the print of the pay sheet from company, where your going to sign after receiving your salary on cash mode. It can be shown as a experience even....
Hope you i will help you out from the issue.

Hi,
I am really surprised to know that your prior experience was so bad with the company still you had joined again.
If you have following supporting docs available with you, i would suggest you to file FIR and then lodge a complaint in Labour Court
- E-mail communication with HR/Employer
- Your appointment letter ( Irrespective of the date of joining)
- Salary acknowledgement duly signed by you (Optional)
- Any witness (Optional)
Things can also be sorted out if someone from labour court/Lawyer who is known to you , discuss the matter with your employer OR write your complaint online.
I would like to inform you that Relieving docs will be required throughout your career.
Regards,
Taru
