1. Sir, You have not indicated whether you and your family members have got yourselves photographed as per directions of the appropriate branch office of ESIC to which you are attached. If so, you may contact the said Branch Office of ESIC or write to the appropriate Regional/Divisional Office of ESIC.
2. You can also ask your employer/HR concerned to intimate the position of your/your family member's ESI Pehchan Card.

I inform you that your family members have got yourselves photographed as per directions before (January 2014) 1 year of the sealdha branch office of esic to which you are attached.If so you may contact the said Branch office we are not says this issue because I working under Team lease,So I went to check My ESIC smart card (4114284409) sstatusMy ESIC smart card is not coming why what is the reason.

2. In this connection, I may inform that ESIC has its own reimbursement procedure in respect of medical bills. Hope, you will raise the issue and discuss the matter with the authorities with whom your said medical reimbursement, if any, is pending. If you have any legal or procedural issue, then you can discuss the same in this forum by indicating full facts of the same.
