Employee Welfare is a part of HRM, not contained in HRD. Economically, the more powerful the management is, the more powerful the welfare is.

In Welfare statutory, the Factory Act 1948, Chapter No. 5, covers the welfare of labor. In welfare, you should include all of the following:
- Bus Facilities
- Canteen Facilities
- Seating Facilities
- Shoes
- Dress
- Tea
- Yearly Tour
- School Fees
- Society Welfare
