In my company, we already have a consultant who handles all the statutory matters related to employees. I have recently joined this company, and I was shocked to know that we don't have a scope of work defined for this individual, and there isn't even a formal contract in place.

Creating a Formal Contract and Scope of Work

Please help me with how I should create a formal contract and establish his exclusive scope of work.
