The questionnaire method is considered as the best method. For this, you need to design your questionnaire by yourself. Spend a reasonable amount of time with your mentor. Consider what you can contribute to the company and what the organization is expecting to extract from your research. Remember, the questionnaire should always be customized and should serve the purpose of your research.
I am also working on a project on training where my company is providing me with all the necessary records regarding training and development. They are guiding me to create a customized questionnaire. Put in the effort and you will achieve the desired results.
