Hi All,
I have to prepare a research project on"Beyond the Boxes" in an Org Structure of a manufacturing firm. Please let me know what approach to follow and what exactly is expected in this???

I am also not very sure what is being expected from it. I need some knowledge on this to specify the scope of my research and project. I want to know from the experts here what they mean from this statement "Beyond the Boxes". After having an understanding to this i'll be able to be more specific.

Hello Astha,
"Beyond The Boxes" means to do the work in completly different method instead of doing it in a prescribed manner.But for this you need to understand what is exactly expected.May be you need to talk to seniors in that company.
