Dear Rony,

All HR MIS reports are the same in the hotel industry. In hotel industry MIS, you can add HR manpower budget vs. actual, attrition rate, employee engagement activities, HR initiatives, etc., since the hotel industry has a huge turnover. (I also worked for leading 5-star hotels)
