Hi,
I have prepared a draft HRMIS for Corporate Office (HR Dashboard) and the supporting draft format for the sites that need to be compiled, analysed and presented at corprate level. hope it will be useful to other members on this site.
I'm looking for an effective presentation (in ppt format) of the HR Dashbord that basically contains graphs and charts.

Hello All,
I wanted a format which could evealuate the productively of our employees based on the following factors. I wanted something automated that would not requre mannual updations.
E mail language, Charecter of an employee, Performance, Quality of work done, Voice message, Dress code, Punctuality, Late coming, Inter personal relationship, Coordination at work, Proactiveness at work, Initiatives taken by an employee, Planned and unplanned leaves, Attitude, Participation in corporate events, Additional hours workedetc.
Can someone help me with a format for the same?
