Well as you said that you have completed your MBA and wanna go for more course so that you can get more knowledge of this function; HUMAN RESOURCE, I would suggest you to start your career from now and go for fresher’s/ Trainee jobs which will give you more practical knowledge and experience. And do never think that you can’t get any fresher’s trainee jobs. ok!
But if you don’t wanna go for job now and thinks that you must go for more courses to gain more knowledge, can go for it but you can also get the same from this place to being a regular member and a good learner.
This CiteHR is a great place for the student like you and for all of us. You can learn every possible thing related to HR, can discuss the issues/doubts, can get any information you want and learn the things from reading the threads/post which will give you more and more understanding and help you professionally.

Second, that is really good subject and I found very less people with it. Before going further I would like to say that you need to understand this subject first which is really important to recognize the need of your project work.
