Dear Mr. Shanu Dutta,
Thank you for the Salary Break Up Calculator. However, I had one doubt, is it right (legally) to show Employer Contribution to PF as part of employees Gross Salary? It is surely a "Cost to Company" but can it be shown as a deduction from employee gross, even if it is credited to him in the first place.
this question is purely from a legal point of view and not the general practice that seems to be followed everywhere? Will this structure stand the scrutiny of law if, for any reason, this is produced and examined by a legal authority?
In the present excel sheet, How will his pay slip look like?

Hello All Please clarify and send sheet for new pf deduction without HRA and if any staff gross salary is 13000 and 15000 without HRA so what is the calculation of PF.
