Hi! All
I am new to this group working for Consulting division. There was a discussion among us in our org about personalised recruitment and what are the ways we need to do it?
Can anybody help me out by telling me what is Personalised recruitment is all about and how it is different from the defined process as such

Hi Karthick,

Personalised interview is all about packaging your solutions to the client.

Here the firm esp like yours does/performs activities so as to align itself with the Company's goals & partner in their growth.

Potential Candidate is thoroughly screened, interviewed, reference checked, skills assessed and have undertaken an entry-level psychometric test.

An outline of these services are below as sample of your basket of services to the client:-

Advertising:

XYZ will write, submit and pay for all advertising on behalf of our clients. Display advertising will be charged directly to our clients, however you will benefit from our contract rates with the agencies.

Screening and Interviewing;

All candidates will be initially screened via the telephone and only appropriate candidates will be invited for an interview. Each candidate is then thoroughly interviewed using behavioural-based techniques.

Reference Checking;

XYZ make every endeavour to obtain at least 2 verbal checks. Should we uncover any areas of concern with any candidate, we will discuss these with you

These differ from other process as explained above that these activities strive to play a pro-active role..partner in the company's growth..

In reality most of the firms fail in this process ..land up placing one or two candidates on ad hoc basis.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Rajat
