Dears,
Being stucked on making an attendance formula as below.
As our day starts from 8.00 to 17.00, how do we use formula “IF” to calculate the late come & went early time precisely.
Can anybody help me out please..
Emp Name Time In Late Come Time Out Went Early Total Hours
Gavin Mulligan 7:43:00 0:17:00 16:45:00 0:15:00 9:02

I have given formula and completed the report with additional fields Total hours and Hours worked. Check this report

Please provide me the formula for setting the attendance target . (Ex: If i have to set Attn. % should be 90 for one month for all emplyoees). this i require for updating the MIS only.

You can set the Attendance % in your policy and followup can be done thru the excel in attachment.
Sort the report by % to view the report in order

Hi to all,
Can you please help me solving my problem?
I need to get Total Number of Lates (meaning calculation of lates in minutes/hour.
Ex.
Required Time = 09:00 (in morning) 14:00 (in afternoon) *in case they come in halfday
Grace Period = 00:15
I solve already the formula on getting the tardiness
Ex:
"A" = Required Time 1) (09:00)-AM and 2)14:00 PM
"B" = Actual Time 1) (09:16)-AM and 2) 14:15 PM
Actual:
1) B-A = 00:16
2) B-A = 00:15
My problem is how will I combine this both formula in one cell that will compute all lates that excess 00:15 and will show on the other cell if its late or on time...

I have an attendance register,
Where in i Mark Weekly offs as W and Leave as L.
Using countif formula i calculate number of Leave taken during a month.
I am having one problem If one employee takes leave on Saturday and Monday my Excel shows like this L,W,L , then my leave should be 3 and weekly off should be 3( if there are 4 weekly offs in a month)
i need an If condition formula , can you help
