Below are the objectives of my research topic...Need field report on Indian BPO's for the below said objectives
Critically evaluate the importance of Performance Management and Appraisals in BPO.
Analyze the expectations from BPO employees leading towards the organizational goals.
Examine the various approaches used to maintain the Performance standards in BPO’s.
Investigate the employee satisfaction levels based on Performance Management and appraisals in BPO employees.
Recommend the suitable solutions for employees to develop a positive note on Performance Management and appraisals.
