Hi All, I want to know how to draft an email to a candidate in order to reschedule his interview as he could not come on the scheduled time because of some genuine reasons?

Letter Format for Rescheduling an Interview

Thank you for applying for the position of [Position Title] dated [Date].

Considering your request, your interview has been rescheduled to [Date].

Please note that if you do not appear for the interview as scheduled, we will conclude that you are not available for this position.
