Dear All,
Kindly suggest us a way to harmonize the salary structure, like we have introduced the band structure last year but theres a problem the salaries of some employees are already more than what it should be in actual as per their band level and designation..Please suggest that how do we control the band levels as per hierarchy n manage payroll accordingly..

It may not be possible to reduce the salary level in a particular band to some employees which you feel they are disproportionately fixed. Better rationalise the pay structure at different bands for uniformity and implement variable component based on performance.

Alright, will try doing that. Also, can you give us an idea that how do we administer variable components based on performance? Like we are an org of around 250+ so which performance assessment/ tool is better.
