- **Subordinate Evaluation:** This criterion also holds 10% weight but lacks criteria for evaluation or measurement.
- **Part B Competence:** While generic competencies are agreed upon by management for all employees, it's crucial to include job-related competencies for a more accurate evaluation based on the job performed.
- **Overall Performance Score:** Part A and Part B each contribute 50% as per the first sheet, while Part E is 100%. It would be helpful to clarify the overall weight of the performance appraisal.
- **Where does your overall ranking stand?**
