Sir, i am into manufacturing unit and people out here are not that receptive to tarinings and all.. they feel its a wastage of time, we did conduct a program on " Train the Trainer" but people were not intersted to join that program... so i was just looking for a format wherein we can distribute it to potential people and on the basis of that we can judge that who can be a good potential internal trainer...
