CPLP is a good certification as far as training is concerned, since it is offered by the American Society of Training and Development. A CPLP candidate should have a preference in software and other outsourcing companies related to the states.
As a CPLP candidate, I can say it is worth pursuing both for the credentials and to become a better L&D professional.
