Dear All,
Am now planning to make an HR action plan for one year for my present company which is a reputed Real Estate company with departments like Accounts and Finance, Sales & HR with employee strenght of 85.
So kindly provide me with an action plan for the same, all policies and procedures are already drafted.
Now i need an action plan in coordination with the other departments for success plans
so if anyone of you can help me by sending me the same i will be much grateful

First of all you need to communicate the Organizational goals to every department, thereafter finding out how one can contribute towards it. HR department's work would be mainly to give the better people to the company and to retain the good employees on the job, because finding somebody new is always not easy. Also, you need to create a healthy environment/work culture in the Organization which satsfies the employee, because most satisfied employees give most satisfying results.
