Dear all,
Greetings of the day. I am working as an admin exec for the last 4 years and have knowledge of HR-related work (ESIC, P.F., etc.). Now, I want to pursue an MBA, but I am confused. Should I specialize in HR or operations? Please guide me on the best way to utilize my 4 years of work experience. Should I pursue an MBA in HR or operations?
Thanks in advance.

You pursue an MBA in the field of your interest. I worked as an Admin Incharge in a Pvt Ltd firm for over 6 years. For 1 year, I worked as an Operations Executive, and now, for the past 2 months, I have been working as an HR Executive in another Ltd firm. For the last year, I have been pursuing an MBA in Operations because Operations is the field of my interest. I want to understand the entire operations of the business. While working as an Admin, I also handled HR responsibilities. So, with practical knowledge, why waste time studying theoretically.
