- 0 for PTSAL less than 21000
- 100 for PTSAL >= 21000 and PTSAL <= 30000
- 235 for PTSAL > 30001 and PTSAL <= 45000
- 510 for PTSAL > 45001 and PTSAL <= 60000
- 760 for PTSAL > 60001 and PTSAL <= 75000
- 1095 for PTSAL > 75001
