I am looking for Templates for Training Department:
1. Weekly Report (mentioning current batches in training, their progress, number of topics covered, their feedback, next scheduled training) TO BE SUBMITTED OR SHOWN TO THE VP - TRAINING
2. Detailed Feedback Report for Trainees (A progress report template which has a column for a short feedback review, a detailed feedback for the candidate to see, rating, grades, mentioning steps for improvement, etc.) TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE TRAINING DEPARTMENT AND TO BE USED AS A REPORT CARD FOR TRAINEES
3. A Monthly Scoresheet (consolidated scores and grades can be shown here. Also, an easy way to depict the progress of the candidates through graphs, charts, etc. Also, consolidated to show the department's or batch's overall improvement post-training. TO BE SHOWN TO HEADS AND SUPERVISORS OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS)
