I`ll suggst u to make compensation policy first... ya it will take time but without policy in Hr you will be needing the help of othr at every step....and aply for ESI & PF asap...
In Compnsation policy you will have to decide few things like
1. Grade of empolyees
2. Basic pay as per the grade
3. Conv. allw. as per the grade
5 . othr allw.
I have some doubts in the salary sheet with PF.i hope i can ask & clear my doubt.
1.In Basic salary u had used formula 1200/D4*F4,why you had taken 1200 & suppose if different people hv different basic than.
2. In DA column it is 900 from where does or only 900 is used ,is it standard or for what it is taken.
1, 1200 is used as an example, if its other then 1200, then formula is same, total days - absent days..
2, Daily allowance 900 is also used as an example, its not standard.

we received our monthly payment INR - 24667.00 per month
but my company had not paid/contribute PF.
one of my other employee are also worked be with & his salary 80,000 above taken by employer, and employer also paid/contribution PF.. i can't understand that condition..??
could u explain why is this for..?
