Dear Sir,

Quality Management System is teamwork in which HR can play a vital role. He can do competency mapping and focus on training, which is essential for the quality management system. Defining the roles, responsibilities, authorities, and accountability are also HR functions.

Hi

Glad that you have inquisitive interest in exploring the relationship between the two biz functions . HR can play a major role in supporting Biz model which is aligned with quality priniciples in following KRAs :

•Strategic sourcing & recruit of key talents to support business growth
•Shore up and enhance bench strength capability for sustainable growth
•Develop and retain key talents

Besides above , HR can help in launching Six sigma quality traning programs, Quality initiative programs ,HR can also play executing Lean sixsigma projects in their operations as well .
Secondly , HR can conduct Internal employee survey in getting feedback about the various processes & methods in an organisation , which form the basis for Biz excellency (or Biz process reengg) program

If you need any specifics , you can always revert to me for further guidance
