Hi Dear,
if you are interested to improve the internal communication system, than first step is to analysed the past communication structure in your organisation, (take three years Date), second step- understand what is the basic problem of past and present communication system. and third understand current organisation structure, fourth- make sure that if you implement New communication structure that would not deprive any one.
lastly organised your information.
1. Organised the Raw data
2. Information should be cleared( Written or Verbal), up to down and down to up, straite etc
3. Information should be strait
4. select the appropriate channel for communication
