For Head office employees i would like to do out door activities in which no training, no presentation. Just fun with lost of games in which all employees can participate.
My purpose of this - all employees can mix up with each other and communication gap wit decrease. where they will enjoy and learn good team work. effective communication and support to your colloquies.

a) Did you arrange the event? If yes, then how did it go?
b) Did the team bonding improved? If yes, then how did you measure this improvement?
c) Were the communication gaps closed? How did you assess it?
d) What was the total cost of the event? You may not like to disclose that but you may disclose the ROI that you got from this event. How did you calculate the ROI?
