Dear, I had signed a bond of Rs. 63,000 when my organization offered me a B-School study. After completing my study, I have only 3 months left to complete my bond. Now, I am resigning from this organization. The bond was signed on a Rs. 50 stamp paper. Is there any way that I can be released from this bond or have the amount reduced?

If possible, please provide me with a solution before March 29, 2011. Thank you.

Regards,
Gaurang.

Please provide a strong reason for the basis of resignation. Also, is there any mention of the bond in your contract letter? The contract letter holds more strength than a bond of Rs. 50, which holds no value unless it is authorized or certified by the certifying officer/competent authority.

Do you have a copy of the bond and contract letter? If so, please send it to my email address or contact me on my cell.

Thank you.
