I have been working in Transcoastal Cargo & Shipping Ltd. for the past 9 years, and the company has been deducting my PF from my salary. However, the issue I am facing is that the company has not provided me with a PF slip or my PF number since joining.

This PF sheet is only for those if the PF is constant and not increasing. Suppose my PF is 550 in 2007, 597 in 2008, 600 in 2009, and 650 in 2010, so how can we calculate PF.

Hi,
I had an agreement with my company for 3 years, but I broke it because the company was only paying me half salary. So, I filed a labor case, and then the company removed me, stating I did not have the caliber, etc.
As per my agreement, if I quit or they remove me, I need to pay 1 lakh, and my check is deposited in my company as security. Now, I am fighting for my pending salary and PF amount.
Please assist.
