Great to see all sharing the knowledge !
I have joined a new organization and my first task is to prepare the employee communication framework.
I have pulled in some of my thoughts broadly: Newsletter, E mailers (sharing the information about the org), creating High Impact touch points, Bi annual Town Hall etc...Need your help in putting them into a complete framework to present the same to the management and further cascade it into action.

Good initiative..I would suggest why don't you try and create a framework first and then take our suggestions to improve it...this way you will learn better.
Also, the way you know the requirements of your organisation we won't be able to justify that so go ahead make a framework and we all are here to help you out to make it better.
